Cheese Biscuits/Scones
These are delicious with any soup!! They are easy to make and taste oh so cheesy and delicious. Give them a try and let me know what you think, and what you served them with?
Ingredients:
2 cups Self Raising Flour, Sifted
30g Low Fat Canola Spread (or Butter if you prefer)
1 cup Skim Milk
60g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
These are fantastic with a low fat Pumpkin soup (as pictured above)
