A delicious and pro-points friendly version of an Asian favourite!
8 Pro-points Per Serving.
Ingredients:
500g lean beef mince
1 brown onion, sliced
1 tablespoon mild curry powder
1/4 small cabbage, shredded
2 celery sticks, chopped
2 tablespoons white long grain rice
2 x 40g packets of salt reduced noodle soup mix
2 tablespoons soy sauce
150g frozen peas (thawed)
