Every week from now on I'm going to put up a focus that we can have for the week!

This week I'm focusing on NOT EATING TAKEAWAY!... Even though yes I can eat it and work it into my daily pro-points allowance it's overly high in pro-points, and it's nutrient poor and most of the time....it can be expensive!
