It's light and fluffy and spectacularly flavoursome, it's a nice dessert to take to that special occasion, and no one will ever know it's 'diet food'.
I found this in the new Weight Watchers Recipe book that has just been released in Australia called 'Simply Delish'.
Ingredients:
150g chocolate chip biscuits
40g Light Canola Spread, melted
2 teaspoons powdered gelatine
250g reduced fat light cream cheese
2 tablespoons caster sugar - or regular sugar if that's all you have
1/2 cup light thickened cream
150g tub diet vanilla yoghurt
100g white chocolate, melted
100g cream-filled chocolate biscuits (I used Oreo Mini's)
