Ingredients:
2 cups Self Raising Flour, Sifted
30g Low Fat Canola Spread (or Butter if you prefer)
1 cup Skim Milk
60g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
These are fantastic with a low fat Pumpkin soup (as pictured above)
